War Paint came into our rescue program on December 16, 2014. War Paint came into our rescue program from the Oklahoma City Animal Welfare Division along with 7 other horses as a cruelty case. War Paint is a Beautiful, Red Roan, Appaloosa, Mare. War Paint is estimated to be 16 years of age. War Paints a body score of a 2 and infested with internal/external parasites. She is super sweet and loves attention. She is easy to catch and work with. She stands for the farrier and loads in a trailer. War Paint is very thin and has a long road of recovery ahead of her. We will update as she progresses, Please consider making a donation towards War Paint's Rehabilitation.

Update April 2015 War Paint is now seeking her forever, loving home. War Paint is super sweet and loves attention. War Paint is broke to ride. We would recommend an intermediate to experienced rider. She loves to go and has a lot of spunk. We would recommend some tune up time in a round pen or small enclosed area, as we don't know when she was ridden last. War Paint stands for the farrier and loads in a trailer. War Paint has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming and hoof maintenance. War Paint has been adopted to a wonderful family in Edmond, Oklahoma. War Paint is going to be extremely well loved and spoiled rotten in her forever, loving home. We are generally available by appointment Monday - Thursday after 5:30 and anytime Friday - Sunday. We do maintain full time jobs, so we are not always available on weekdays. Please be patient with us and we will return your call/email as soon as possible.
